Joe Freewalt

Joe, a co-founder of Rainbow by Shrock, was the inaugural member of the Rainbow team.  In early 2009, he left his role at Shrock Premier to launch Rainbow by Shrock. With 25 years of experience in construction and restoration, Joe holds numerous certifications and boasts a wealth of expertise in hands-on restoration and construction, project management, adjuster negotiations, estimating, and business management.

He finds genuine joy in working alongside the Rainbow by Shrock team, confident that they treat each project as their own while forging new connections with customers and insurance adjusters. Joe's passion for meeting customers and guiding them through the process fuels him daily. He leads the Rainbow team with care and compassion, striving to see everyone thrive and making each day better than the last.

Outside of Rainbow, Joe cherishes spending time with his wife and two daughters, enjoying family time and movie nights. He also finds pleasure in hunting, hiking, and working toward becoming a runner
