Joseph Shrock

Joseph Shrock is an entrepreneurial leader whose business philosophy is firmly rooted in Christian faith and Amish tradition. Under his leadership, the Shrock Family of Companies operates on a clearly defined code of values: respect for others, integrity in every transaction, a relentless focus on the customer, and the belief that meaningful work should also be enjoyable.

Joseph’s vision extends beyond profitability. He calls both himself and his team to steward their God-given talents in service to their families, their customers, and their community.

Joseph began his career in the building industry as a young teenager working alongside his father, Melvin Shrock. In 1984, he officially acquired the family business, with his love for people and drive for customer satisfaction has transformed it into a first-class custom construction company known for superior craftsmanship and operational excellence.

Through strategic foresight and disciplined execution, Joseph expanded the company’s capabilities beyond traditional wood framing into load-bearing metal framing, ultimately founding Shrock Prefab. Today, Shrock Prefab stands as a premier national fabricator specializing in panelization projects across the United States. Its portfolio includes large-scale commercial and institutional structures such as churches, hotels, dormitories, and stadiums.
